Banana Bread (GF, sweetened w/ bananas only)

The banana bread you never knew you needed. (Gluten free, refined sugar free)


What you’ll need:

3 mashed bananas

4 eggs

2 scoops of protein powder

1/4 cup oil (avocado for these)

1 cup of almond flour

1/4 cup tapioca flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

Shake of cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Pinch of nutmeg



Blend 4 eggs in a smoothie blender or hand blender for about 1-2 minutes. Add in the rest of the wet ingredients and blend. Add in the dry ingredients little by little and blend. (EASY AF)

Cook at 350 for 50 minutes and DIG in.
